Partnering With Parents
At CCI, our children are introduced to the Word of God at infancy and learn the truth about who God is and who they are because of Him. We serve children through age 12 in our Children’s Program and our goal is to partner with parents to lead the next generation to choose to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Developing Devoted Followers
Our goal is to partner with parents to lead the next generation to become fully devoted followers of Christ. This Ministry is responsible for education/overseeing the planning, coordinating and implementing of a program for children from birth through sixth grade.
No Child Left Behind
- Organize the logistics for all children’s activities
- Recruit teachers and helpers for kid’s programs, trips and activities
- Enhance a dynamic age-group Children’s Ministry in the church
Kid’s In-Reach and Out-Reach
- Ensure dynamic follow-up of all children as part of the church “No Child Left Behind” program
- Set up programs to reach out to other kids in the community
Nurturing of the children in the Church
- Provide for a dynamic curricula for the our Church children
- Be diligent in celebrating special days and any other occasions such as:- Birthdays, Graduations, Parties etc.
Mobilizing a general support group for the kids
- In the event of misfortunes i.e. divorce, death, grief, school transfer etc.
- Offer special prayers and visitations in case of special needs
Offering counseling care for the “CCI Kingdom Kids” or “Junior Lambs”
Advising the Pastor on the needs and issues pertaining to the children in our Church
