MOBALIZING WOMEN THROUGH A VIBRANT & ACTIVE MINISTRY
This is a ministry of women who learn how to plan, organize, recruit volunteers for, monetize and run a vibrant, active ministry for CCI. They use their personality, life experiences, talents, natural abilities and God-given gifts to create the kind of ministry for women that will be meaningful and fun. This ministry makes a difference in the lives of women who participate in our community and around the world.
Women are natural socializers and love to spend time together and especially enjoy being part of each other’s lives. Our women’s ministry is a perfect way to help women connect with each other, grow in their faith together and help each other in times of crisis. By joining together, our women’s ministry can make a difference in our community and around the world.
Ladies In-Reach and Out-Reach Goals.
- To ensure a dynamic follow-up of all the ladies in the church.
- To set up programs that reach out to other women in the community.
Supporting the women of our church.
- Be diligent in celebrating and recognizing our women’s ministry members.
- Give baby showers and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or weddings.
- Give recognition for graduations, awards, career advancement or other achievements.
Maintain a support group for the women members of our Church.
- Provide emotional support in the event of misfortunes i.e. divorce, death, grief, job loss etc.
- Provide special prayers and visitations in case special needs arise.
Offer various job training seminars to help improve employment and career advancement opportunities.
Advise the Pastor of any needs where the church might provide assistance.
